Hi,

After a couple of days of internal testing, we have uploaded the second
beta distribution 21.3 - December 12, 2003

If you are interested in experimenting with this beta release, you can
get download information at http://www.gams.com/download/beta

The highlights of the second beta are:
* GAMS/CPLEX 9.0
* Branch-and-Cut-and-Heuristic facility

The additions for the second beta are marked in blue.
