GAMS Users,

we would like to announce the availability of the 21.4 Beta Distribution (28
July, 2004). If you are interested in experimenting with this beta release,
you can obtain download information at

     http://www.gams.com/download/beta.

We anticipate the beta release phase to last until August 31, 2004. Beta
release notes can be found at

     http://www.gams.com/docs/release/release_beta.htm.

If you have suggestions or find problems in the beta release please submit
them to betatest@gams.com.

All bug reports leading to improvements will be acknowledged online in the
official release notes.
