CONOPTD

CONOPTD is an experimental versions of CONOPT that passes information from GAMS to CONOPT in core without use of temporary files.  It is designed to speed up GAMS to solver communications.  It's use also requires use of the command modelname.solvelink=5; before the solve statement.
