LINGO

The GAMS LINGO solver is not really a solver but rather a procedure that allows users to link to the solvers in the LINGO system allowing solution of GAMS models within LINGO.  The LINGO link comes free with any GAMS system.  Users must have a licensed LINGO system installed and have the LINGO executable in their path.  The solver manual is gamslingo.pdf.
