Mdb2gms

Mdb2gms is a utility developed by Erwin Kalvelagen, at the GAMS Development Corporation that extracts data from an Access database and converts it into a GAMS include file.  Mdb2gms is resident in GAMS and is documented at http://www.gams.com/dd/docs/tools/mdb2gms.pdf.  The utility runs in two different modes – an interactive based windows mode and a batch mode.
