Xls2gms

Xls2gms is a utility developed by Erwin Kalvelagen, GAMS Development Corporation that extracts data or GAMS instructions from an Excel spreadsheet and converts it into a GAMS include file.  Xls2gms is resident in GAMS  and is documented in http://www.gams.com/dd/docs/tools/xls2gms.pdf.

Xls2gms runs in two different modes – an interactive based windows mode and a batch mode.
