Let’s find the right solution for you

Start by choosing what you need. We’ll then ask only for the relevant details.

How can we help?

Discuss a consulting project
Tell us about an optimization, modeling, or implementation challenge where you need expert assistance.
Get technical support
Request help with a technical problem. Support through this form is included with paid licenses; free-license users can get help in the GAMS Forum.
Ask about licensing and pricing
Get help choosing a license, request pricing, or provide the information needed for a formal quotation.

Not sure which option to choose? Select the closest match and describe what you need—we’ll route your request to the right team.

Please provide the following details to help us assist you

First, find your license ID by opening Help → GAMS Licensing in GAMS Studio or, for GAMSPy, by running gamspy show license in a terminal. The ID is the first code on line 5. If it starts with FLP or FLA, please use the GAMS Forum. For a paid license, enter the ID here so we can verify your support eligibility and understand your license setup. If you have not received your license yet, leave this field blank and explain that in your request. Copy only the license ID; do not paste the complete license-information line or your 36-character access code.

Before submitting your support request

Include the following so we can reproduce and resolve the problem:

  • Your GAMS or GAMSPy version and the solver you are using.
  • Your operating system and platform.
  • The exact error message and the steps that produce it.
  • The relevant GAMS log and listing (.lst) files.
  • A small model and the data needed to reproduce the problem, if possible.

Sending files

When your email client opens, attach files of up to 20 MB. Our email system blocks executable or script file types such as .exe, .bat, .ps, and .cmd, including files inside an archive. If a safe attachment is blocked, append an underscore to its filename, for example model.zip_.

For larger files, use the GAMS upload facility and include the uploaded filenames in your request.

Confidential models

You can use the GAMS CONVERT solver to create a scalar version of a model before sharing it. If that is not suitable, contact us about a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement before sending confidential material.
